I would seriously consider staying here. My first time and last time staying here. First night we checked in room was hot instead of bring ready and prepared for our stay. If your driving your car parking is an absolute nightmare. The hotels 10 car parking garage is ting and not enough for the amount of people staying. Whenever that garage is full they send you to another garage around the corner and its even worse. Ever time you want to get in you first have to stop at reception to let them know you want in then go back to your car and to the garage and then walk to your room. And also when leaving you have to notify the hotel so they can let you out instead of giving you a card to go in and out as you please. Also on our second night there the room kiosk stopped working and it was an hour before we were able to get them to manually open the room and didnt fix it until the next day after we had to remind them again. Overall a terrible and disappointing experience.

Everything was nice. It was not over the top, but it was Good. It would be a lot better if the TOWELS were newer fluffy thick towels. A mini fridge in the room.

Our lock didn’t work and we were told it was normal for none of the locks to work in the entire hotel. It took maintenance more than 2 hours to fix it and we were denied a change of room from staff and manager. The room itself was not clean. The shower had hair and the white sheets had dirty spots. The only convenience was location, but will never stay here again.
