This was a great location for us to stay overnight when using the bus from the airport on arrival and the bus to Ajijic the next day.

The staff was effecient and accommodating. Upon check in the lady at reception kindly helped me with my luggage. At checkout another lady called a taxi for me. The staff did an excellent job. The room was clean, spacious and well located. Enjoyed my stay.

It’s a clean modern hotel with very helpful staff. The strange thing is there are no blankets on the bed and a 100 peso deposit is required for one.

No warm let alone hot water for shower or just a wash. Location of room (118) light on & off from exterior window to staircase. Not a nice location to walk from. Bed comfortable, pillows not so much (hard).
