"Very courteous staff, great food! Little pricey but it was an amazing experience. Just a little side note ***additional charges of over 72$/day for resort fees. We didn’t realize and I am not thrilled about with Expedia."

"The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came to tidy daily. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bartenders were also. The pool and kids pool were well kept. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and staff replenished quickly. Plenty of fresh towels for the pool or beach. Beach chairs available at the front desk. Coffee shops & dining were onsite and within walkable distance. Close to airport (3 min cheap uber ride). Would recommend staying here."

"Clean room. Very kind and supportive staff. Plentiful breakfast options including omelet bar. Excellent restaurant (El Campo) with excellent staff. A number of SJU workers choose to eat at hotel restaurant which speaks volumes about quality and value."
