"It was a no so good stay overall. The appartement cleanliness was disappointing, no working air conditioning in a city where temperature was above 45 degrees Celsius. No swimming pool as photos showed (broken) and finally no communication at all except for checking in and out. A lot of work to do for the owner to match the photos used in the reservation step."

"Upon arrival the staff did not have any room and didnt recognise the booking id made and paid for. Luckily i found a Riad nearby that was fantastic. Hotels.com sorted the issue efficiently upon my return to the UK."
