"Our room did not have a microwave, but there was one available near the reception desk. The hotel does not have a pool. The toilet made a lot of noise and did not work properly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were noisy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to disturb sleep."

"West Edmonton Mall Inn was across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. You will need to cross a parking lot and a two way street to get to the mall from the hotel. This hotel has a microwave and offers free continental breakfast. It is near a playground and a soccer area. The bathroom facilities need an update. Water flow was slow in the faucet sink and took a while for the water to warm up. They allow baggage storage prior to check in and after check out. Overall, the hotel was okay."
