"This is a nice property overall. Unfortunately there are a block of rooms facing an alley of 5+ dumpsters. They start loading them ay 2:30 am daily, including Saturday and Sunday's, then they dump them around 6 am. Rooms, while super clean and very livable, are not soundproofed. I was up at 2:30 and was exhausted by noon. Unfortunate bc this has a great location and the staff is very excellent. "

"It’s an amazingly relaxing stay. Staff was great. Just one rude bartender at the tiki bar, but we only had him once. The girls were very bubbly & helpful with our drinks. It was great having the kitchen. And we utilized the balcony a lot. The Brew House food was excellent. I believe we ate there 3 times. Would definitely recommend."

"The Water Street Hotel and Marina is a lovely place to stay. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. While we were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is also comfortable, clean and quiet. This was more like a condo than a hotel. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. That was a nice touch. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and don’t forget to get your biscuit from the Biscuit Factory in the mornings....

"We had a great view of Tropicana field and the business district from our 7th floor balcony. It is a very short walk to there as well."

"Our sixth trip back to the property. We love sitting on the balcony facing the bay watching for dolphins and watching the passing boats. Views are beautiful. Pool is beautiful. "

"Rooms are dated. TV system terrible. Small screens, outdated guide, and poor picture. Rooms cleaned every 7 days not every day. Check in up a stairs. Extra charges for a lot. Resort charge of $15 per person per day, gets access to the pool."

"Very welcoming check in at property ! Rooms were very clean. Comfortable rooms . Nice furniture . Love the tiki torches around the property in the evening. Pool had nice warm temperature. A nice stay ! "
