"We were only there one night, as we were leaving on a cruise the next day. Hotel was very clean. The The desk person was very friendly and greeting. He also gave us directions to the port which made it much easier. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future."

"The property was as pictured on the Expedia website. The staff was great from the front desk, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant. The room was clean. Perfect for me, my husband, and our toy poodle. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plus the hotel its self had a nice restaurant and bar with live music at night. I liked that we could bring our dog to stay for free. Great spur of the moment last minute day of booking. We will most definitely be back."

"OVERALL - Homerun ! ROOFTOP POOL was closing at 2pm as we arrived at 1:30 pm . was shown a sign we all walked past. Technology / Communications , could have been used to share this valuable news tip ! Kids pool was a loud nightmare , with no parents minding their kids = Not Enjoyable at ALL !!! We'll be back !"

"This is my honest review: The exterior of the hotel and lobby are original, with beautiful architecture, and the location is very central. However, the rooms and hallways were outdated and felt unclean—there was black mould in the grout on the bathroom tiles, and the carpets clearly needed a professional cleaning. I understand this may be part of the hotel’s “aesthetic,” but I don’t think there’s any excuse for the room being dirty. Much of the furniture in the room also felt like it needed...
