"This is the second time that we have been here because we sincerely love the view. Problem being you have to practically beg for toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher powered etc, the phone doesn’t work to call downstairs and no one answers, the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet, the balcony door didn’t lock, the shower doors didn’t match so water got all over the floor and this time going, the apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Plus the elevators weren’t working so the wait was ridiculous. Next time, I will look for a better place even though I have been here back to back two years in a row."

"This property was super clean and accommodating. Many shopping areas near by a shuttle that took you to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles beach. Staff was friendly and the amenities on site made me feel like I was staying at a resort!"

"slum lord ran. I had hole in my floor that was leaking water. Janky. Random extortion for resort fee when checking in after buying my stay thru expedia. "

"Outlets next to bed did not work. Lights on night stand didn’t work. Door locks are from last century. Required a cash deposit so better have cash. Check in was horrible. Didn’t seem like a bad area of town but based on the security you would think it’s in the slums. Towels where maybe one ply and old. No place in bathroom to put stuff. Traveler be aware! "

"The room we booked and paid for was not available for us to stay in during our stay. They had to provide us with a lesser room and I was given multiple different stories as to why by hotel staff. Not a good experience overall!"
