"Pretty much everything was perfect with the place. Perfect location, clean room, helpful owner who cleaned and restocked everyday including even cleaning our dishes one day. It felt local yet luxurious at the same time. Really the only issue was the phone number on the Google and Expedia site isn’t the right number to reach the owner. When you arrive, the owner should be in the back by the pool to greet you so you shouldn’t have to call in the first place we just didn’t know. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back here versus staying at a resort."

"If you are looking for a hotel outside of the busier high rise area, Ocean Z is THE place to vacation ! I was so impressed with the cleanliness , comfy bed, decor, room amenities and the friendliest and most attentive staff. Arashi beach is less than a 5 minute car ride away and the hotel staff will take and pick you up whenever you choose. You are given, beach towels, beach chairs (and a float if you ask). I did rent a car for three days to explore the island and go to Baby and Eagle beaches but otherwise stayed close to the hotel and ate dinner there at the phenomenal restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The food presentation was always something you’d see in a Bon Appetite magazine. Shout out to Maria, Xiomara, Sophie, Felicio and Bonnie for making my stay very memorable. I will definitely be back and recommend Ocean Z to friends and family!"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s a quiet little paradise slightly away from palm beach, where the little touches made our stay so special. My mum and I stayed in the two bedroom casita and it was absolutely perfect. We got daily iced tea and all the amenities we needed. The food was excellent - we had the breakfast everyday and dinner in the restaurant some evenings too. The pool and grounds are maintained immaculately. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. I will be returning!"
