"Everything was great except the bathroom ceiling had a black area over the shower."

"There has been a lot of nice remodeling in the building and the rooms were really nice. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping for the facility is another story. It appears the only cleaning that is done is a basic pick up trash and change the towels cleaning. The first room we checked into didn't look bad at all upon just walking in. I opened the shower to get in and there was long hair stuck everywhere on the walls and the floor. The front desk lady got us into a...

"Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were good; however I requested an ADA room as my dad is in a wheelchair, and we got a standard room. I called ahead to confirm and booked the room online. mentioned it again at the front desk and was told that's all that was available. Very frustrating as I had to take my dad downstairs to use the hotel bathroom because he was unable to use the one in the room."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. No restaurant- it was closed and no HOT breakfast - just muffins and such. I would stay again."

"Could feel springs in the matress it’s unfortunate!! Was still a good choice"

"The pool has natural vegetation growing in it and no water. The ac and bathroom fans have more dirt than the unpaved road. The window was broken and the glass kept together by scotch tape"

"The breakfast was small, The hallways were dirty. one of the rooms still had dog hair from someone that stayed there earlier. The hallway to the rooms was stinky. One of the people we rented the room for said he did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. He kept shower shoes by his bed to walk to the bathroom."

"We got in at 1:15AM and left by 11AM so we weren't here long. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room smelt a bit musty/moldy and the AC wasn't great. Otherwise, it was a nice place to lay your head for a night."

"The first room was not ready. Beds had been left from the previous people. Was move to another room. It had a very bad odor of cigarettes. Tried spraying cologne to cover the smell. The shower was nice but no soap or shampoo. Dispenser was empty. Was 10pm and no other rooms available there or near by. Would have drove to the next town but was too tired. Very terrible!"
