"I cannot fault the Quebec Luxury apartments, the only downside is that we were only staying one night! The concierge lady was so lovely and welcoming, and we were able to leave our bags at reception early and they were waiting in our room after checking in. The check in time is 2pm which is conveniently earlier than a lot of hotels, the 11am check out was equally good as it felt we weren't rushing on the morning.
