"Not 8.2/10 stars. The tub had mold and creaked. The air conditioner rattled and kept us awake. We had to turn the ac off to sleep and it got muggy and I did not sleep well. The dining room is so crowded I accidentally elbowed the lady sitting in front of the Froated Flakes. Corporate really needs to renovate this hotel."
"Perfect location for an easy walk downtown. Staff is awesome. Parking is a breeze. This was our first stay and now it has become our go to property when we visit Baker City."
"Great place to stop. Typical clean Quality Inn, easy to find, easy to check in, helpful staff etc. The only complaint would be strong LED lights (which are standard in chain motels) that gave me headache and shortness of breath evening after coming back from dinner. I ended up turning everything off, using only bathtub/toilet room light around corner for vanity and not doing much, then was ok."
"I'll start with the good things. The room was reasonably clean. The staff were nice. The towels were white. The price was right.
On the other hand, the vibe is old and worn out. When was the last time you saw bathroom fixtures (toilet and tub) in a pinkish-brown color? Very 60s-ish. The furnishings were worn. The complementary breakfast was woefully inadequate."
"Nice size rooms, ours had a patio door access to our vehicle. Great restaurant/lounge on site. Nice courtyard garden with seating and tables. Large hot tub."
"The room had only one small window. It didn’t much what we booked with corner room (4 windows room) image. Not having Mountain View, it was just rooftop view of next building. The room was noisy from some building’s air structure and hard to sleep. But the 4 corner poster bed and clean bathroom was nice! The hotel itself was well done with historical renovations. Dining room’s stained glass ceiling is nice."
