"Great location right next to the train and bus station. The staff was always polite and helpful and there were plenty of amenities available anytime we needed them. The room itself is pretty big for a Japanese property, we never felt cramped. The breakfast was a super bright spot, we looked forward to it all three mornings we were there. "

"while not the most attractive location (having parking lots and a highway nearby), I give it five stars for convenience of location and also for sufficient soundproofing so that we never heard the highway from a room on the eighth floor, not did we hear people in neighboring rooms. A particular highlight for us was the rooftop onsen. After a full day of walking, tram-riding, and sightseeing, it was a treat to visit the onsen and relax in the hot water while overlooking the nighttime lights of the city and its harbor."

"Room is clean and spacious albeit the furnitures revealed their age. Bed & pillow are firm, can do with extra pillow for extra confort as it is abit flat. Air conditioning (only heaters) not provided in April which is less comfortable as air feels abit stale — especially if you are not comfortable with leaving the windows open when sleeping. Personal amenities provided are adequate but can be improved. Staff are polite and friendly."

"朝食とお風呂については、評判通りの素晴らしい内容でした。また、スタッフの方々のご対応も文句のつけようがありませんでした。　 しかし私達が泊まったツインのお部屋は、カーテンが少なくとも2ヶ所は大きく破れており、外から中の様子が見える様な感じがありました。また部屋の壁紙も目立つ位置が凹んでいたりといった具合で、今すぐ大掛かりな改修は難しくても、せめて目立たないよう補修を施すといった工夫を頂けないものかと、少々残念に　 思い、全体評価を下げました。 厳しい意見となりましたが、一人あたりの宿泊費で考えた場合こういう気持ちを抱いた次第です。"

"Wonderful location. Close to train station, morning fish market and restaurants are just steps away. Basic hotel. Bring your PJ. Breakfast is pretty good... Mainly Japanese food but it was delicious. The rate was fantastic for me. I would stay again!"
