Great hotel & experience

The front desk staff were extremely gracious & hospitable throughout our entire stay! They all spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area
 felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb location with great amenities

Great location, easily accessible, walking distance to the Goryokaku Park & Tower, loads of dinner & snack options around the hotel. Many vending machines with lots of options in the hotel. Nice onsen on the 3rd floor. 1-day tram tickets available at the reception. Breakfast buffet is delicious with varied options and a good local spread.

Zimmer war sauber Personal freundlich und professionell. Leider das Hotel war 2007 oder 2008 renoviert. Leider ist das Hotel nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein ist nicht fÌr Leute das 170 oder höher sind. Leider ist auch nicht geeignet fÌr Leute mit Behinderung. Ich finde diese Sachen können langsam auch den heutigen Standard gestellt werden.

泊したした。 スタッフさんは皆芪切で察応が気持ちよかった。䞭でも、枅掃係のスタッフさんにはずおもお䞖話になりたした。 垂電通偎の郚屋でしたので、垂電が通るたびにずおも音がやかたしくお、倜12〜朝5時半くらいたでは垂電の音で熟睡できたせん。隔壁も薄く隣宀の話し声が䞞聞こえでした。倧济堎があっのたのでゆったりお颚呂に入れたした。

ホテルの近くにコンビニがあり、飲食店が沢山ある。ラッキヌピ゚ロも歩いお5分ず近く、パヌキングも呚りにいく぀もあるので、安いずころを遞べる。ホテルは、ずおも察応が良く、お郚屋も枅朔で、倧济堎は、遞べるシャンプヌずリンスがあっお良かったですし、倧倉気持ちよかったです。朝食のブッフェは、皮類も倚く、こために補充しおくれお、倧満足でした。少しず぀色んな物を食べる事ができるのが良かったです。ガラス越しに倖の雪景色を芋ながらゆっくりず食事が出来お、たいぞん良い時間を過ごすこずができたした。
