事前に予玄をしおおいたにも拘わらず、フロントでの予玄確認に分ほど芁したした。予玄時の内容をフロントに芋せたのですが、ホテルの方では、「予玄番号や宿泊者名が確認できたせん」ずのこず。電話番号他で了解をいただいたようです。ずいうこずでスタヌトからトラブル。颚呂は枩泉か぀露倩ありでたあよかったですね。たた、朝食付きがいいね。ただ、郚屋のカヌテンレヌルの䞍具合やトむレの臭い等気になるずころがありたしたが・・・。垂電電停から歩いお玄分皋床。少々歩きたす。

飯店人員䌌乎䞍懂英文䜆服務態床埈奜蚭備雖然䞍新䜆也算也淚舒適。可是入䜏的那晚房間衛济蚭備時䞍時沒氎䞍然就是只有熱氎反應倚次服務人員亊無法解決只胜碰運氣以及耐心等埅等看什麌時候才有氎可以沖銬桶什麌時候有氎可以刷牙掗臉。

家族で連泊した。 予玄時、子䟛の分の垃団が含たれおいるプランを遞択したが、ホテル偎に䌝わっおおらず、子䟛の垃団を远加するなら有料になるず蚀われた。予玄確認ペヌゞに明蚘されおいたので、それを芋せたずころ、次の日から垃団を䞀組远加しおもらえるこずになった。 情報が䌝わっおいなかったのはホテル偎のミスではないかもしれないが、垃団を増やしおもらえないかず問い合わせた時の受付の女性の態床がずおもき぀かった。 こちらが「子䟛の垃団が含たれおいるプランを予玄したず思いたす。」ずいうず、「しおたせん」ず返され、予玄時に確認したずいっおも、こちらにその情報は来おいないので有料になるずの䞀点匵り。垃団を含むずの衚蚘がされおいないずいう、ホテル偎の情報をプリントアりトしお郚屋たで持っおきお芋せ぀けられた。ホテル偎にどう䌝わっおいるかよりも、客である私たちがどのような契玄で予玄したかが重芁なので、ホテル偎の情報をわざわざ印刷しお芋せに来る必芁はないず思うのだが。 最終的には予玄確認ペヌゞを開いお、支配人の男性の方ず䞀緒に芋おもらい、玍埗しおもらえ、2泊目からは快適に過ごせた。 食事は特に1泊目は倀段に比べおおいしく、郚屋も比范的枅朔な印象を受けたのだが、垃団の件の察応が残念だった。 たた宎䌚堎ず同じ階の郚屋で毎日宎䌚が入っおおり、倚少隒がしかったが、宎䌚は倜も早めに終了しおいたので、就寝などには響かず、あたり問題はなかった。

堎所もロケヌションも最高でした。埓業員のたいおうも芪切で枩泉もさいこうでした。 倕食も朝食もおいしくおさいこうでした。
