Loved the ryokan and onsen and breakfast. Staff were fabulous. We were disappointed that we could not order dinner, as it looked fabulous on the website when I booked and was one of the reasons we chose that ryokan. However, we found a great restaurant close by. We will recommend this ryokan to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved my stay here.
Allowed me to leave bags before check in.
Attention to detail like wiping my suitcase wheels before taking onto tatami was amazing.
Welcome tea and room/meal plans were so cute and loved the lady who served tea.
Convenient shop and vending machine.
Front desk was super helpful, including the young gentlemen who helped me double check my yukata was on correctly! Speaking of which also love the coat that came with the yukata.
Amazing dinner spread, SO full and was great pair with sake. Nice job to the chef and team. おいしいですよ！
Onsen was awesome, I wish I could live at this property.
Breakfast spread was delicious.
I miss this place.

ゆったり部屋食良かったです。入り口などは新しく綺麗ですが、部屋は普通でした。
