Personale tipicamente giapponese. Altamente servizievole ed educato. Vi attendono e vi fanno accomodare in una bellissima zona con una vetrata sul lago di hakone...the verde e biscottini. Con la stanza preparata ci accompagnano spiegando in un inglese risicato le regole della struttura e le facilities. Poi stana voi, onsen in camera o bagno pubblico della struttura, piccole vasche ma confortevoli. Struttura per massimo 24 persone ma ottimamente tenuta. Poche stanze ma tutti i confort. Cena e colazione inclusi nel prezzo mezza pensione sono esperienze da provare, sublimi e ben preparate e servite in camera dalla cameriera in kimono...magico luogo in cui soggiornare e rilassarsi e magari usare come appoggio per visitare hakone... veramente meraviglioso
