"Rooms more toiletries. No trash bags in cans. 1 roll of toilet paper and rooms don’t have smart tvs"

"The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay longer! "

"Never stayed. I payed my money in advance, drove 30 mins from a concert only to be told they were sold out. I ha no where to stay. Had to drobe another 40 mins and spend anoyher 160 i didnt have for another room. I need my money back and will never EVER book at this location again"

"The carpet in the north stairwell was very dirty. The blanket/comforter on the beds was thin and felt like it was made from tube. The shower curtain was cloth without a plastic liner and the floor was soaked. There was only shampoo, no conditioner. When I went to bed, there was something hard under the fitted sheet, it was a plastic dental flossing tool. Gross."

"I booked a room with two beds, but was given a room with one bed and a pullout couch instead. When I asked about it, I was told that because I booked through Expedia, my room type wasn’t guaranteed. They also mentioned that their system and Expedia’s system don’t update properly. Overall, it was frustrating not getting the room I specifically booked."

"Very clean rooms especially the bathroom. Cliff the front desk clerk was very friendly and super helpful. He made me feel as if he loves his job.Very comfortable beds as well as spacious suite. I will definitely stay there again for a staycation."
