This is a very detailed and decent hot spring hotel. The staff of super friendly and helpful. The dining is traditional Japanese style and excellent. The view is very nice and I definitely recommend to my friends

朝のサービスドリンクは水のみだった。お風呂場にも水無し。高齢者ですが配膳等しっかり働いてるなぁって頑張りを応援する気持ちです。建物が古いのでその分見た目を綺麗にしたり昔の鏡台を何とかして欲しいです。トイレや部屋のお風呂も入りたい気持ちにはなれませんでした。 お風呂は露天風呂も見晴らしが良くて温泉にはまた行きたいと思います。

朝食付きのリーズナブルな値段でしたが、ちょっと古すぎてリニューアルを必要と思います。 従業員の皆様はとても頑張っている感じでした。

日の入りと日の出の浜名湖の景色楽しみながらの温泉

朝食付きで女房と1泊しました 夕食は近くの高橋屋でうなぎをいただきました最高！ ホテル鞠水亭の温泉は無色で適温 平日の宿泊でお客様は少な目貸し切り状態のお風呂でした 露天風呂からの浜名湖の景色は素晴らしかった

スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋も浜名湖に面していたので眺めが良かったです。 築年数はたってると思いますが、お部屋もきれいでした。 露天風呂も浜名湖を眺めながらゆっくり入れて、朝食付きプランでしたが少しずつ色んなおかずがあり、美味しかったです。

接客は全般的に良い印象でした。 チェックインの時、朝食の時など、温かみのある接客で対応いただきました。 施設は老朽化が進んでおり、部屋付きのお風呂は使えるしろものではありませんでした。逆に大浴場の使用時間が長かったので、そちらを利用させていただきましたが、大浴場も改装前という感じ。

室内の風呂、トイレがボロボロ過ぎて怖い 子供たちが怖くて入れない 凄く寒い 大浴場の男子トイレと女子トイレが隣同士で下が繋がってる？音が丸聞こえ 露天風呂は最高にいい フロント担当も丁寧で実にいい

設備の古さ不便さはあるが、それを補うサービスには満足です。

1階にエスカレーターはあるが普段上向き使用なので2階からロビーに降りる手段が階段だけ。 4階の部屋から6階の浴場に行くエレベーターまでの導線が長過ぎる。風呂場のトイレは和風で良い雰囲気なのに、洗浄便座でないのが残念です。 風呂場に給水設備が欲しい。露天風呂は絶景で最高です。部屋のトイレが総タイル張りなので非常に寒いです。朝食のサービスのカレーは絶品で是非アピールする方が良いと思います。

客室からの浜名湖の眺めはよいが、設備や環境は大いにガッカリだった。空気清浄機はなく、窓に網戸もなく換気の配慮がなかった。古い小型の冷蔵庫はモーターがうるさく夜はコンセントを抜いた。館内節電中とあったが、薄暗いことで施設の老朽化が目立った気もする。

建物、部屋は少し年代を感じた。 1階〜２階がエスカレーター、２階〜エレベーター。1階からエレベーターが有れば良いなぁと思った。 18時までのウエルカムドリンクは嬉しかった。19時くらいまで延長して頂ければ更に嬉しい。 大浴場の眺めが良い。 大浴場に冷水機が欲しい。 朝食のカレーが美味しかった。 和定食も良かった。

露天風呂目的での滞在でしたので、男女の浴場の入れ替えがなく、残念でした。今月は、ないとの対応でしたが、出来れば事前にHP等でお知らせがあれば良いと思います。

大家族に最適

家族で２部屋予約しました。 部屋は広いで、湖横で眺めもよし。 部屋のトイレとお風呂は古さが目に付き、トイレのレバー硬すぎるのでリフォーム必要かとおもいます。 値段も安いのでそれなりです。 大浴場は６階で景色も良く、お湯もよかったです。脱衣所も広いし快適でした。 コロナ対策もしていて安心して泊まれます。

初めて舘山寺掬水亭に宿泊をしました。フロントの方も、その他のスタッフの方もとても親切で対応も良かったです。 お部屋に関してはタバコの匂いが気になったくらいです。 目の前に浜名湖も見え、最高に良かったです(^-^)
