"Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place to anyone. Although the ladies on staff were very nice and helpful, the manager was NOT. I booked a King suite, and he intentionally gave me a double queen standard room. I called to tell him this is not the room I booked; he proceeds to tell me he does not have king rooms available. Well, there are only 5 cars in the parking lot, so I don't think that is true at all. Eventually he gives us the correct room, but had one of the "other qualified people" to check us back in. After checking in and getting to our room, (we used the cart for luggage), the hallway had lots of trash at the end of the hallway. The manager managed to find the cart we used but couldn't even pick up the trash. It was there during our stay. The staff was aware the manager was not a nice person. I say, if you are in the hospitality business, at least be hospitable to the guests. Fire the manager and promote one of those lovely ladies that work there. Also, if you happen to miss the driveway, as we did, we had to travel 5 miles in each direction to get back. Tough location. We left really early in the morning fog. We didn't want to stay any longer than a night's sleep. When we left the hotel, there was a hitchhiker on the on ramp to the 10 West and then noticed a sign from Prison Commission. Do Not Pick UP Hitchhikers. Hopefully you understand this property now. Lots of other choices in the area. The only thing good was the staff that worked there."
"Terrible, wouldn’t stay here. Room had a foul smell, AC wasn’t working, and there were stains all over the bed comforter. I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. "
"Curtains were broken, a/c didn’t blow cold and holy pointed to the ceiling. There were spiders in the room. Killed one but prayed the other stayed where it was. Dead cricket in the sitting area and the bed and towels had stains on them. "
