"Everything was pretty good. Especially location. The parking was a mess even though it was free there was an event at the convention center and we had to park on the 3rd floor- their elevators were undergoing some maintenance and were out of service. Had to come down 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Other than that, good location, decently clean rooms, good breakfast. Bed was a bit hard, no vent in the bathroom."

"The room was clean but had a mildew smell and the room smelled like it was mopped with an old dirty mop. We tried spraying Lysol and cologne to make it smell better but didn’t work. Other than that. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in a convenient location."

"Positives first: check in was easy and quick and staff were kind and helpful. Even comped my parking fees (didn’t know parking was paid) because we booked two rooms. Rooms look slightly remodeled and we walked into the first room it was nice and cool meaning the AC worked great. Can appreciate that especially when the temp was 106 at 6pm. Negatives: 1. hotel in general appears old and tired and needs some tlc. 2. Of the two elevators only one worked which caused quite the back up. Longer lines of people waiting their turn for an elevator that holds maybe 5 people comfortably. 3.Swimming pool closes at 6pm. Come on seriously!?!? Two massive pools closed at the peak of swim time…That’s STUPID! 4. We stayed on the 6th floor of the bay view and the hallway smells quite strong of urine. Not the hotels fault it guests are disgusting but it was super gross! 5. The final straw was pulling back the blankets to get some rest and finding someone else tarantula style glue on eyelashes in our bed. That tells me the linens were not clean/new/fresh. Yes this was an $80 a night stay so you kinda get what you pay for. Would I stay here again probably not. I’m not bougie and love a good deal but this one really has me questioning my own judgment."

"The propery is in a good lacation. Unfortunately, the property is poorly maintain and the night staff was very argumentative. The second day the keycard was deactivated and the night staff kept blaiming me and kept telling me what I should have done and how it was not his falt the the card was deactivagted. I had to endure all this to get my card reactivated."
