"Even though most rooms are shared, it is very private. When I used the bathroom or kitchen there were rarely people, so it was really relaxed. Richard is also very friendly and always ready to help! If I ever come back to Seoul I would stay here again :)"

The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had 5 in our group which Uber doesn’t offer 5 seater - so the staff would call us a van each time we needed it. "We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "Excellent stay. Clean room, albeit dated but did not deter our stay in any way. Staff was kind and spoke English. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer (bring your own pods). The room was huge. We had a separate bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It’s close to both the green and olive green lines. 15 minutes by subway to lotte world. "

"It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!"

The commitment to celebrating wellness and culture is to be applauded - no TV’s replaced with wonderful books was a great move. Thanks we will return "
