"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"

"Rooms are outdated. The staff sleeps at the reception area. No security guard on duty. But hotel is greatly located to everything you need. They also offered great tours. We availed to the motorcycle street and food tour and Halong Bay Tour. "

"Excellent staff. Friendly and quick to help. Rooms are modern and breakfast, while limited in selection was delicious. I just wish i didnt need to pay for the gym downstairs. It should be included in the hotel price. 120k Viet Dong a day can add up quickly if your staying a while."
