"A hidden gem of a hotel. Staff were very helpful and facilities were great. A different side of Hanoi, as opposed to around Beer Street, where we had stayed before. The only criticism is that there is only one lift to the hotel floors."

Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex.
