"My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! Would recommend to anyone that would listen, this hotel is great the property is well kept, the service is absolutely amazing, this hotel will do anything to meet and exceed your requests! 5 stars, 10/10, would definitely stay here again! "Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy. There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM."

That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise.
