"This is an older property but is well maintained. We had an issue with our room but the hotel manager, Louis, handled the situation beautifully. We were quickly upgraded to another room. The breakfast staff led by Irene was also great."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff (shoutout to Cindy) was very helpful and accommodating to special requests, including private transportation to the airport and our next stay in Ninh Binh. Good breakfast and rooftop bar. Decent size pool, as well as a full service spa. Great location in Old Quarter close to Hoan Kiem Lake. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."
