"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"I have stayed in many hotels in the Old Quarter during my one-month trip in Vietnam, and Bonjour D'An Nam is by far the best hotel I have experienced. The breakfast is abundant, convenient, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room is comfortable, spacious, and quiet — exactly what I need for a good night’s sleep. One thing I wish they could improve is the availability of power outlets in the room; I struggled to charge my phone as there were no outlets near the bed. What truly makes this...

"Can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at the Hanoi Pearl. From the front desk Clark who checked us in to Brian on our check out Harvey and Duc the bellboys and the other bell boy on the late shift who waited with us and called our Grab driver and communicated for us . Love the welcoming drink they served as we waited to be checked in . It was my return stay after spending 3 days in Sapa and service again was fast and efficient. The room was clean , had all that I needed to make my stay...
