Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! The staff are very friendly and helpful without being 'over the top'. Clean and comfortable rooms - nothing extravagant but good value for money. Will stay again! "
