Melia Hanoi
Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
The hotel was made by the staff. They were able to get me in a night early after a poor booking experience in Nin Binh.
