Paragon Noi Bai Hotel and Pool
Room was clean - very limited dining options at hotel or nearby. Ordered a pizza and it came from the shop opposite. Bath had a leak which meant water on the floor. Reception not that helpful. Early morning flight so this hotel was good for short transfer.
