"This was a little slice of paradise tucked away in Jamaica. Be AWARE It takes about a two hour drive to get there from the airport, with a price tag of $100, but once on the property you can see why they have good reviews. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. Purchase food before getting to the location from the Mega store, if not you are left with limited choices from surrounding marts. Once at the location the property manager will charge you $60 to take you to the...

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Staff is friendly. Rooms are just as described from the pictures. Our room which was ocean view in building 6 had a nice view but you still had palm trees blocking but it was still ok. They have a good variety of food to choose from. Regular drinks are ok but taste watered down. Overall everything was great and would definitely come back."
"Exceptional Service & High-Energy Vibes
Rating: 4.5/5
I recently stayed at the Princess Grand Jamaica for a celebratory father-son getaway. The "heart" of this resort is the staff—98% of them are absolutely incredible, and the check-in process at 3 PM on 4/23 was the smoothest I’ve ever had.
Staff Standouts:
• Gabereanna went above and beyond by cleaning the grill specifically to make me a vegetarian quesadilla.
• Odain, Rashelle, and Vanessa (Jamaican restaurant) provided top-tier service.
• Rockayla & Crystal (Food Market) and Nicola (Smoothies) made every morning a delight.
• Renardo, Lamont, and the host at the Mexican restaurant were impeccable.
• The Concierge and the Security team near room 6109 were professional and warm.
Entertainment:
The energy here is electric! Huge shout-out to Donald, Naomi, Kiki, and the dance team. The Broadway musicals, multicultural shows, and the fire-filled White Party were world-class. We also appreciated the thoughtful fruit spread and wine sent to our room.
Room for Improvement:
• Pricing: The gift shop and spa are very high-priced ($70 for sunglasses and aloe).
• Amenities: As an Expedia VIP, I didn't see much benefit (no room upgrade or spa discounts).
• Beach: The man-made beach is very rocky and shallow—more like a kiddy pool.
• Privacy: The room was nice, but the shower is quite exposed.
Despite the beach and pricing, I’d definitely return for the food, vibe, and phenomenal people."
"We spent most of our time at the poolside Margarita bar. Delroy, Rodgeroy, and Samanda were incredible bartenders! This pool was quiet and chill, and we met a lot of great people! We did not spend any time at the other pool, where all the activities were going on, so I can't say anything about all that.
Honestly, we weren't *as* impressed with the buffet staff - some were ok, but quite a few just weren't happy or friendly, ever. Food at the buffet was good, with a good variety. The jerk chicken at the chicken hut was delicious - beware of the spicy sauce!
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant one night, on my birthday, actually, and they surprised me by singing to me and bringing out a cake! The staff there were super friendly. The food, eh, it was good.
My only complaint is there are no umbrellas by the loungers on the beach. Poolside loungers tend to fill up fast, so one day I grabbed the closest beach lounger to the pool. By midday, I was needing out of the pool and into some shade, but none of the beach loungers had umbrellas. That made for a really hot day, for me at least.
They were offering free rides across the street into the shopping center, so we took advantage rather than walking. Do this is you want to get off property and do some souvenir shopping!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reggae!"
"I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free.
The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary drinks, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and friendly resort experience!"
"The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable"
Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first time in Jamaica and we are SO happy with our stay. I am always a bit weary of hotels but this one was great, clean and welcoming. The beach and pool were clean as well. Staff was very attentive and nice."
