"Hotel was amazing, room/s not so good. Need a lot of updating. Room smelled like mold. Food was disappointing. They had the same food everyday and night did not change up the menu. This hotel is for crowds who love to party."

"Amazing property very beautiful and clean. There was confusion with the restaurants as you get 4 on property but the rest are on the Senses Side which you need to pay extra 30$ USD for. They also close one restaurant every day. The pools also close really early at 6pm, thankfully we had booked the swim out. The food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Depending on your vacation reason I’d definitely pay the extra money to stay on the adult only side if you’re traveling alone...

"Beautiful property and the workers are incredible!"

"Wonderful property with excellent staff and service. I enjoyed my stay very much"

"Excellent beach, amazing staff and attention, outstanding food buffet (I appreciated the local type of food experience). The hotel is a quiet boutique hotel."

"Nothing made sense"

"There were no drinks in the room when we arrived. There was mold on ceiling in the toilet room. The bathroom flood via the shower on the first night as the overhead shower button became stuck and would not turn off. Room service was Terrible they took all night and barely had what you wanted. The pools were small, there were long waits at the restaurants. Oh there was not enough seating on the beach, as staff allowed guest to come out early claiming the cabanas and other seating even though they...

"The staff is the best they are friendly on extra nice to all guest i can't wait to go back for my next anniversary."

"Staff,facility was all great"

"My stay was amazing! Already booked to go back next year."

"The room was clean and the staff are friendly. I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't functioning properly and then when it was fixed."

"My husband booked this trip for my 50th birthday. When I arrived there were flowers, balloons and a birthday cake in the room! This place is amazing, we will be back in March!"

"I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!"

"Right on the beach amazing friendly staff, food was excellent, great selection in Buffet & other restaurants 5 stars"
