The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"

"The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - just minutes from the beach and short walk to the town centre. The bus route allowed us to get to all attractions easily, and the hotel has a lovely park with mini golf next door. The pool is tad small at probably about 10-12 metres, and the Sian and steam room not that hot but still good to have the facilities. "Adult only hotel .parking was ok .The room was clean but standard for the price . Had robes and slippers, bottle of water and tea making facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very polite throughout the hotel Higher management in the bar should be more active if mistakes are made and not wait for a complaint to be made. The spa was really lovely, but had just too many people and we had to sit on the floor with drinks , which wasn’t relaxing.Needs a bigger sitting area or even...

"Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use."
