"Room was clean just the ac was broken Hotel staff “0” customer service - no knowledge of anything in the area we asked at the front desk where we could buy praline nuts and the guy simply said I don’t know period. The valet guys were great all went out of their way to help us and answer our questions hotel it self needs an upgrade very outdated"

I thought it was a little overpriced considering there was no gym and breakfast was extra. This place is more suited to families than older couples."

"We had a great stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent—within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, and only about a 10-minute walk to River Street. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah!"

"A really nice hotel in a fantastic location. Lots to do nearby, and walkable to River St. They do mean "double bed" in the booking, if you're larger, I'd recommend booking the king. Very friendly front staff. Pool was nice, but not enough chairs, so we didn't get to enjoy it. This hotel is definitely work a look if it's in your budget."

"The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."
