"Parking was safe in front and back. Hallway can get very noisy which was annoying. Wifi wasnt working with the tv when wanting to stream due to a confirmed malfunction message from the fromt desk. Staff was friendly at check in."

"Check in was smooth, quick and easy. Parking is free, which is a major plus for me. Breakfast had decent options during my stay which included biscuits, sausage, w/ gravy and waffles on top of cold and classic items like oatmeal, cereal and bagels. I gave 4/5 stars because the heater in our room (409) wasn't working as well as I hoped. The heated pool was nice and the hot tub was lovely. This was my 2nd stay there. Would stay again."

"Plenty of parking around the facility and it's in a nicer area so there's not really a feeling of not being safe (although you always have to be aware). Unfortunately I didn't partake in the breakfast, but in general the eating/lounge area is nice and clean. Staff always greeted with a smile when coming and going. Unfortunately the bathroom is a miss. Toilet is too close to the wall, toilet paper holder is right at your leg when sitting down and because of that is always loose. Unfortunately...

"Excellent price, location and service. Despite road proximity, our stay was quiet and comfortable (excellent mattress(. Housekeeping was thorough, and even included a bundle of worn towels to use for car cleaning, etc.
With so many good tea and coffee places and bakeries (Model Bakery!), we did not miss having a hotel buffet breakfast that is often subpar. We have a new favorite when visiting our family in the Walnut Creek area."

"Pluses: Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. Absolutely best hot water I’ve ever had in the room sink and shower !!
Lacking or not so great: Room needs a microwave. Lobby and breakfast area layout is cramped and awkward. Very eighties design, feels dark. Lighting throughout including rooms is terrible. Really no excuse, could swap out with some warm LED, make it look totally different.
Good stay at the price, would go back."

"The breakfast was delicious, offering something new each day for a hot breakfast.
My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using!
