"Room was spacious. We only stayed one night while travelling through the area. We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance and this was not indicated on the website."

When we went to strip the bed because I had lost a ring, we discovered a large, brownish stain on the sheets that looked like baby feces and the sheets clearly had not been changed before our arrival. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hyatt, and it caused me distress and concern for cleanliness. "We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

"Booked a double queen room, got a king with pull out couch. Asked front desk to be corrected they said they would refund me and I could go else where which is not helpful since I booked this months in advance. Health unit shut down the hot tub after we arrived and saw other guests in the hot tub. Maintenance employee seemed unbothered by the situation. Rooms were held together with painters tape. Don’t waste your money - stay else where."
