My child has eczema and at 4am in the morning messaged them about possibly getting hollow fibre pillows and duvet (thinking for the next day) 2 minutes later and had a knock at the door with the new bedding! "The bed cushions were great, and I felt very comfortable. As a Japanese person who is not very good at communicating in English, I felt reassured because all the staff spoke slowly to me. I wanted to enjoy my first meal in London outside the hotel, so I didn’t use the food options. I received sweets and sparkling water through the greeting service, and they were delicious!"

"Stayed 4 nights in a single room. Bathroom was new and very clean, but it was tricky to adjust the shower temperature (too hot or cold), and the sink was too small for washing your face properly. Room had no AC as it is normal for most European hotels, but here was a fan in the closet to use. Also dryer in a drawer. Plenty of coffee and tea with an electric kettle, but desk/ table was quite small. Room was clean, with room service everyday. Bed was firm and only had 1 pillow, but there were...
