"The room was clean I love the face it was a lot of towels and rags in the room already. Staff was very nice always there to help out in anyway they can. I also love it’s toddler friendly he had a blasted and so did my 7 year old we will definitely be back. "

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "Had just stayed the night before at a Country Inn property in State College PA and couldnt believe the difference in the 2 properties. Was expecting to love this one like we did the one in PA, but we were sorely disappointed. Even though they are supposed to be equivalent, the best way I can desribe it is that the MD one is just not as nice. Cleanliness, room accoutrements, etc. Were just not what we expected after staying at the exact same place in a different city....."

"There were some issues with the elevators but workers were there trying to get them all working properly. Also the rooms seemed like the heating & cooling wasn’t working properly either"

"the rooms were decent for the price. the staff was professional and inviting. the pool however was noy desirable at all. my kids didnt want to be in it as well as the hot tub. The purpose of the trip was to get the kids out play in the pool so that was a little upsetting. other than that its a nice stay. they have a bar and food which was a plus and the food wasnt bad either. "
