"Stayed 4 nights 9-13 October 2026 as a family of 3 including a 3 year old, on half board basis. Hotel was busy but never felt crowded. Occasionally a small wait at dinner for a table if we wanted to be outside. We had requested a suitably located room as my husband had recently injured his leg and were in La Gracioza on Floor 1, same floor as pools and restaurants and all facilities. Good food especially the live cooking stations, the burger was great. The heated pools (we used both the main family pool and the one with slides) were a nice temperature and while the kid was cold when coming out, he warmed up nicely in the sun once dried and changed. Being only 15mins from the airport is nice. We would definitely like to come again if we can."

8/10 Good
"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The all inclusive premium was great and offered a really good selection of popular drinks and nice food options.
Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the swim up pool but some areas felt like were getting tired and floor tiles were starting to crack in places.
We really enjoyed the different restaurants, Oceana especially, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We really enjoyed Portofino’s breakfast options but felt we were let down during evening service a couple of times and had to follow up with drinks (food came before drinks) and deserts were missed after ordering. It did feel like some restaurants and bars (with our stay being at the beginning October) were running on lower staff numbers, the waiters and waitresses on hand were doing a lot of running around and working exceptionally hard but we couldn’t help but think another 1 or 2 members of staff in each area would really help the existing staff and guests have a better experience.
We enjoyed the spa but only visited once due it to being an additional charge to the all inclusive premium. We made use of the padel court and gym (at no extra cost) which were great.
Location was lovely too for coastal walks / running and easy access to the port."
"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks!
Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls.
Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters
Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach.
Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences.
All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"
"It was a great experience, 9/10, but the only down fall was no ac and the fact the fan was tiny and didn’t help with the heat. The property overall is beautiful from check in even though it’s on a sketchy looking street. The room itself is pretty mediocrce. It made me feel like I was taking a vow of poverty. The room had the bare minimum of amenities but was tolerable if you brought your own things. The staff went above and beyond everything. They were extremely kind and helpful despite a small language barrier."
"We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great.
Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol.
I will stay again, no problems."
"Very good hotel. Clean, spacious, and situated on the beach front. Room was clean, fresh and has amazing views out over the beach and sea. Breakfast is good quality and the despite the roof top pool being small their were enough beds around it (September) i'd imagine in the summer its quite busy up there. The general area around the hotel is ok, few shops for drinks, snacks etc but you will have to walk or travel out for decent food if it is not included. McDonalds and Burger King is around a 20 minute walk for example if you have kids."
"We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."
