"The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and have a drink! The one closet was in the bathroom… the bathroom?! The 1 towel hook barely still hanging on the wall. As far as a complementary anything…in the room beside the 1 bottle of water to make coffee right next to the dirty coffee maker, it was Cold. Besides the clerk behind the desk and the clerks at the CASH register for Coffee or a Mint, it was a ghost town. Not what you would expect from a Sheridan/Marriott. It was disappointment."
