Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. "in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
