"The room was spotless; however, face cloths were not provided this time. Just a small oversight, I'm sure. Howard Johnson's close proximity to the hospital is the main reason why our family are repeat customers. Staff is very courteous and professional. We always leave a tip for the housekeeping staff to show appreciation for their contributions. "

"I was traveling from the lower mainland to central Alberta and needed to stop part way as it was too long to drive while I was recovering from a surgery. The service was amazing as they helped unload my luggage from my car upon arrival and reload the next morning due to my recovery conditions. Highly recommend "

"The entire hotel was clean and smelt good. The room was really nice and quite large. Well taken care of and had a great shower in the bathroom. Only minor complaint would be lack of good lighting in the bathroom.
