"Not what I would expect for over $450 for a weekend. More complaints than compliments about this place. Super small wastebaskets! Not one camera anywhere on the property! Hallway exterior doors left unlocked all night, NOT a very good way to show you care about the safety and security of your guests! Had to crawl on the floor to use the microwave! Not ONE ashtray or butt can anywhere on the property, so everyone just tosses their butts all over. Bathroom faucet aerator was so bad, the water splashed all over ME every time I used the faucet! But on the good side, the room was SUPER NICE for the price! The loveseat was a nice bonus, especially with the ottoman. Pretty lame, standard breakfast. I would recommend this hotel because of how nice the rooms are, but if you're concerned about safety and security, I would look for another hotel/motel. The staff are friendly, but that's not why I chose a hotel/motel."

"We were placed near the laundry facilities and it was extremely noisy ALL NIGHT!! The shower took forever to get hot and the drainage in the shower is horrible. Felt like I was taking a bath due to the shower floor filling up with water and not draining. Had to get extra towels just to dry off the floor. The whole process was incredibly unnecessary and problematic! Don’t recommend staying at this property unless you’re willing to work for your stay."

"The room had a stinky smell that not even with an air freshener go away. It is mostly from the old dirty carpet. We could not sleep at all . You can hear the cars from the freeway coming and all the noise. Not recommended"

"Wonderful staff. Good amenities. Service and food at the restaurant were great. Room was clean. My only wish is that the rooms were a little more modern. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Vista Hotel."

"The staff was nice but apart from that the room felt like a dorm room in need of a remodel. The bathroom needed a deep clean and I found broken glass on the floor in the bead room. The bathroom door looked like it had bee kicked open more than once and would stick after the shower was used. "

"Front desk was friendly and helpful. They didn't have any rooms left with microwaves, but the front desk person heated up my dinner that night for me. 😊 "

"The hotel and grounds and pool area beautiful, the room was great, and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast were served about 200 ft away at a Mom & Pop restuarant called Mikey's, the food was tasty and the owners were very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to the Hotel Manager Michael B, him and his staff were excellent. We look forward to coming back to this place again soon."
