"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. "First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice. We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness.
