The first room we were in (because we need to change room after. Explain below), smelly but bearable. Spacious I have to say but a bit dark. One of the light not working in living room and one of window cannot open. We accepted. We later turned on washing machine. 5 min later, dirt water flushed back out from the bath tube with all the dirty substances. My family will then have to shower at the bath tube 1/3 fill with dirt water. We demand the room changes the next day since cannot reach any staff at night. The new room even bigger smell, one of the room the windows are all sealed. The entire house is much darker but at least window can open in living room and washing machine is working. Air con were not working at all (both rooms). Only good thing is, location. But I am sure London have way better choice that allow you to truly enjoy the city after night of good rest…

Easy access to everything, we were on the 4th floor and at the rear of the building so the street noise was good for us. This is a high energy area with a vibrant night life, this is fun and interesting but can be rowdy at times.

The apartment was spacious and convenient to the subway station. The furnishings were comfortable. The advertised rooftop patio was not accessible to guests, which was very disappointing as it was the feature we were looking forward to the most. The air conditioner did not work, so it was very hot. When it rained, the water leaked in from the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. The television options were poor. The location was very convenient to the grocery store. There was loud partying on the streets one night and trash and broken bottles everywhere come morning. The loft space was nice. The staff were polite.

They are in the middle of remodeling. Mold in bathroom ceiling. No fan. We reserved a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. What we got was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. With 1 bedroom up a staircase. Not good for a handicapped person.

Decent spot and location but very busy and loud
Spot was very good but also in heart of a busy district and was loud late into night and early into morning. Access to public transport was good. Window shades are not great so very light in the am. Fairly stocked unit but no napkins or paper towels or anything along those lines. Staff were pleasant and very responsive. Construction was underway with new paint and carpet and was difficult to traverse and loud very early In the am.

Perfect central London stop over location
Stayed here with a young family after a wedding and it was perfect for our needs. Not a stones throw from Liverpool Street station which was ideal for us. Situated on the busy main road but no noise could be heard in the bedrooms so good nights sleep were had by all. The front desk was always attended by someone polite and helpful. The kitchen wasn’t overly well supplied with useful content - only 2 mugs - and could do with a little check over-lid on the kettle wouldn’t open - but it was enough for us on this occasion.

This property appears to be under renovation. The furniture is sparse and uncomfortable. Beds are dated spring model but sheets and towels are fresh and clean. TV has broken reception.

Sadly our experience was marred by the lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping team. My friend opened the drawer under the bed to look for a blanket but instead found a soiled adult Tena style nappy. Whatever guest felt it appropriate to leave that in the drawer clearly lacks decency, but it is a reminder that housekeeping should at least check drawers during their cleaning. We reported it immediately and someone came and removed it, but the drawer was not wiped down after, the nappy was just lifted out. No apology was given, just the excuse that the housekeeper thought the drawers under the bed didn't open. The rest of the apartment appeared clean until at night I pulled back the duvet and saw two stains under the bed sheet. I lifted it to find the mattress protector had what I can only imagine to be dark period stains on it. Made me feel sick. I contacted the property following our stay to request an email address for their customer service/management team. I wanted to give feedback re cleaning, as wasn't going to post on a review site, wanting to give them the benefit to resolve cleaning issues in-house. However, one week on I have received no reply therefore I've decided to complete my honest review.
