"I think this is family owned and the staff tries their best to be friendly. They upgraded me to a suite which was essentially 2 rooms in 1. The room has minimal cosmetic upgrade, the floor was dirty, no towels, no shower curtain, nothing in the room works! Morning breakfast was a brown bag with snacks from Costco! Maybe they need more time before they open for business."
