"The ocean was visible from the room. The room was nice and clean. The only down fall is that you can not go into the water because it’s too rough. You will have to take a taxi to another beach. This property is located North of Barbados. Most of the action is on the other side of town. Prepare to pay $50-60 USD one-way for a taxi ride. "

"All rooms face the water, the deck, pool and bar were great and it is just a few steps to the water with the breakwater rocks close by creating a protected area that you can swim out of into open water. Michelle gave a great rum tasting for 15 of us on Wednesday morning (!) complete with sing a long. One of the best things about Soco is that it is at the end of the boardwalk, perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks along the water."
