"We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!"

"The hotel is located in a rough part of Cincinnati with very limited parking. I would not recommend walking around the area after sunset. The rooms were decent, but nothing special. In my opinion, it is worth spending a little extra money for a nicer hotel in a better location. Due to the overall experience, we decided to leave a day early. When we requested an early checkout at 9:00 AM, the hotel still charged us for the additional night. We were told multiple times to call back later so a manager could approve the request, but every time we called we were given the runaround and promised a callback that never happened. We also contacted Expedia, but they advised us there was nothing they could do and that the issue had to be resolved directly with the hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little more and book a better hotel elsewhere."

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The tv in the living room didn’t work. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom that wasn’t ours. If you need to use the WiFi for things like a baby monitor this isn’t the place for you as they only have captive portal wifi. Luggage carts are almost nonexistent. The lobby is being remodeled the breakfast was in a conference room but no where on the website does it say the place is under construction. We had a stove top, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the room. So you have a kitchen to use but no table to sit at to eat. There is a desk but when the room sleeps 4 you need more than one chair. there is practically no trash can so when cooking make sure to bring your own garage bags to put the trash. The hotel is dog friendly we did bring our dog but the closest grass is over 4 blocks away. That’s not a hotel issue but something to keep in mind if you are bringing the dog. Breakfast was standard. Nothing special. Valet staff was fantastic and the highlight of the trip. Front desk not so much. Almost felt like I was inconveniencing them when asking questions. Overall decent but nothing special."

"Our son attended CCM so this was a common destination for us when visiting. We have stayed multiple times, this being our last trip. The hotel is a short walk right up the hill from CCM, with a variety of restaurants close by and a mini target next door. The facilities are always clean & everyone is always friendly! Breakfast is good, and Katie attends to everyone who joins for breakfast with the sweetest personality ever. You can’t go wrong if you have a child attending UC or auditioning/attending CCM."
