"Workers very friendly. Front desk very accommodating Bar area and tenders were great! Drinks and apps amazing. Pool by beach was basic. Stayed in a 2 bd/2 ba room. It was clean but older/dated. Carpet could probably use to be replaced - clean but old. Great location by stores and a few restaurants. "

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock. "We had a quick, but nice 1-night stay at the Cliffs. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - check-in, parking, room/cleanliness. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area. If we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten on the tennis or pickleball courts. Recommend for a couple or family. There’s no quick, walkable beach access - so definitely need a car. "

"The trip was amazing. The resort is a little aged. Our bath tub drain was clogged up when we got there and despite having maintenance look at it twice it was still clogged. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Be aware that there is a daily resort and parking fee but if you want to use the gym on site you also have to pay for that separately and if you want a beach chair or boogie board you can rent those as well. "Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms (especially when traveling with 2 teenagers) and beautiful oceanfront views. Everything was very convenient and hassle-free. Valet attendant even remembered our room number, very impressive hotel staff. Would definitely return. "
