"I wish I had a better experience because don’t get me wrong this is a beautiful place. But to get treated by staff the way my father and I did was just unacceptable. You are supposed to apparently receive bracelets when checking in, but the person checking us in never gave us them. No big deal, until I went to go down a water slide and a worker there told me “if you come any further you are going to get trespassed. "My husband and I love the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa - this trip was our 2nd visit! The pools are absolutely beautiful, set in the prettiest tropical landscaping I’ve ever seen at a resort. They also provide daily activities and live entertainment every evening! As for the upscale rooms, they are equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation."
